» Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of seasonal flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

» If ordered flowers / cake are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake of equal value.

» In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved.

» If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered and the item will be handed over to a relative/neighbor/colleague unless otherwise specified. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

» Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible

» In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / dispatch within 24 hours.
